Health care of any kind is highly inaccessible and in some cases outlawed. Public utilities such as water are privatized and severely restricted. Streets are filled with protesters clutching signs that say “Water is a human right” and chanting “Whose streets? Our streets.”

Staged at the Salisbury Arts Centre just outside of London, visitors could watch Crow as she lives in an installed bedroom for 48 hours straight.

For his 2016 project Eye Contact, Ge positioned himself in front of a surveillance camera and stared directly into the lens for hours, then negotiated with a security guard to buy the footage.
