The collective Ndaku Ya La Vie Est Belle, a group of Kinshasa street performers turn their bodies into living sculptures, and use them to political ends. Among the artists is Jared, who regularly takes to the streets dressed as Robot Annonce. The costume, made from broken radio parts, is designed to raise awareness of fake news. “People receive so much incorrect information and many inaccuracies are spread. I want to fight this,” says Jared.

I’m pretty sure I wasn’t the first guy to give socks to homeless people. But I can almost guarantee no one has handed out socks to as many homeless people in as many cities and countries as I have. In the last ten years, I have traveled to over 300 cities and eight different countries handing out socks and making new homeless friends.

Madhousers in Atlanta GA, has been doing this for/with folks for at least a few years, now. I want to bring it to the Front Range of Colorado. Need at least 1 other person with whom to get this started. Mad Housers' website is madhousers.org Mad Housers is into helping folks in other places (outside of Atlanta or Georgia), to get new Mad Housers chapters going. They offer help with technical and training support.

In addition to practical aid, we provide blank canvases, paper and markers for visitors to express their thoughts and share their stories.
