If I could say to America poses an open moment of opportunity for citizens from around the globe: if you could say anything to America, what would it be? Ambiguous but not ambivalent, if I could say to America is intended as a direct forum for dialogue and empowerment, and for truth and awareness among its viewers.

If I could say to America is a video and web-implemented project that began at Cité Internationale des Arts in Paris in 2012, and continues online with comments and video submissions welcome from non-U.S. citizens and those who have newly immigrated.

On-site events in 2013 include the National Mall in Washington, D.C., and Ellis Island in New York City.
