CENTRO San Antonio's Art Everywhere Project will celebrate its 5th anniversary in May.

As of May 2024, the project had seen numerous artists from the city's urbancore decorate areas of the city with elaborate murals reflecting the city's history and the diversity of cultures in the city.

The project beautifies the city, while facilitating collaboration between city officials, local business owners, residents of all backgrounds, and local underrepresented artists.

Timeframe For change

This project seems to be part of a campaign with a clear long-term goal. Long-term goals tend to be things like: end racism; end homophobia; make the sun stand still in the sky. A campaign with a long-term goal also needs to have some kind of theory of change.
To reinforce and continue to facilitate community building and intersectional cross-cultural relations in the city, while making the city more attractive, and welcoming to all of its citizens.

Notes

Since the project is approaching its fifth annual installation, it seems the overall community of San Antonio has been receptive to the project's concept. The projects aims are being perpetually realized.
